Yoga is one of the safest forms of exercise, but injuries can still occur. Fortunately, many of the common injuries are avoidable with a little extra knowledge and attention. This talk will cover 3-6 of the most common yoga injuries, the muscle groups and biomechanics involved, and (when applicable) things you can do to help your body recover on it’s own.
