Amanda earned her 200 hour teacher training in San Francisco in 2014 and has been passionately teaching nonstop ever since. A “Jill of all trades” you might find her singing at a local music venue or delivering her homemade meal jars to friends and families, but she spends the majority of her time leading classes at various studios and spaces throughout the area. Amanda’s goal as a yoga teacher is to offer students space for self-healing, creative movement, and occasional laughter. This flow will follow a soulful path. It will be a moderately-paced class for everyone and close with a gentle yin practice. Think of it as yoga therapy for the body, mind and spirit.
