Rissa offers a mindful and accessible yoga class, inviting you to feel the sensations of the body through muscular activation and mental/emotional steadiness and ease. We’ll take one pose at a time – invigorating enough for you to break a sweat and channel heat in the body, and slow enough for you to really feel what’s going on inside. Let the breath guide you, and allow your physical practice to be a meditation through movement with Rissa Wray of Moving Meditations. All levels are welcome.
