Nicholas J Caris

Nicholas is an Adaptive Yoga Instructor and the Foundation I.T. at Exalted Warrior Foundation. A non-profit
that provides yoga and meditation instruction for traumatically injured veterans. Serving 5 years in the United
States Marine Corps himself, yoga helped Nicholas overcome his own struggles when he returned to his

Until recently Nicholas was a foreman for a renewable energy company in Tampa, Florida. Using his degree
in technical management and his concentration in electronics allowed him to understand direct current in solar
power and installing the systems while leading a crew of employees. Nicholas also briefly owned the company
Twisted Square LLC, providing technology consulting to small businesses empowering them to edit their own
webpages, branding, and email/ marketing efforts.

During Nicholas’s time as a student at Devry University, he received the leadership award upon graduation in
2015 for his volunteer efforts and contribution to his community. Additionally, Nicholas graduated from his
200 YRT yoga teacher training program beginning his work with Exalted Warrior Foundation.

Nicholas has a strong work ethic and passionate about what he provides. Regardless of the task, it is always his
goal to provide the best of his ability. A quick learner and exceptional at adapting to the situation, traits learned
during his time in the Marines, Nicholas is not afraid to take charge and accomplish the mission.
