FREE Yoga Classes For All!

Join us for one (or ALL) of these FREE yoga (and fitness) classes! All classes will be held outside at North Straub Park on the lawn adjacent to the Museum of Fine Arts. Come down early to shop our vendor market and stay late to take in a live music performance!

2022 Saturday Schedule

9am-10am

All Levels Yoga with Abby

Join Abby Goodwin for an all-levels vinyasa. You’ll be encouraged to flow your own way as we warm the body through a series of standing and balancing sequences, then hit the deck for some deep stretching and a long, restorative savasana.

11am-1145am

Bands with Allison

Resist this! Grab a stretchy band and add some mmmph to this 45-minute full-body workout. Learn what mindful fitness is all about with The BE Athletic Programming Manager Allison Azcui. 

1pm-2pm

Hybrid BE Yoga + Body Beats with Jeremy

BE Yoga + Body Beats: Enjoy the best of both worlds with a combo of all-levels flow yoga and BE Body Beats! Warm up with a grounding vinyasa before kicking it up a notch to our music-centered bodyweight workout that’ll make you *want* to sweat! 

3pm-345pm

Meditation with Jennifer

Tap into the stillness that is always inside you. Take 45 minutes for yourself and leave refreshed and relaxed.The session will begin with breathwork, followed by meditation in a supported, reclined position. The emphasis is on rest and recovery for your mind, body, and spirit.

Join The Body Electric Yoga’s co-founder Katelyn Grady for an all-levels vinyasa. You’ll be encouraged to flow your own way as we warm the body through a series of standing and balancing sequences, then hit the deck for some deep stretching and a long, restorative savasana.

Hybrid BE Yoga + Beats with Taylor

BE Yoga + Body Beats: Enjoy the best of both worlds with a combo of all-levels flow yoga and BE Body Beats! Warm up with a grounding vinyasa before kicking it up a notch to our music-centered bodyweight workout that’ll make you *want* to sweat! 

3pm-4pm

Silent Yoga with Katelyn

Join Katelyn Grady in an immersive practice devoid of distraction. Throw on a pair of wireless noise canceling headphones and be bathed in sound as you lose yourself to the flow. If you’ve never done silent yoga: it isn’t silent. The headphones block ambient noise while delivering the teachers’ voice and music directly to your ears making it feel like the whole class is just for you and you’re in your own private, blissful universe.
