Saturday Schedule

10:00am
Stroller Class with Tricia Perez

Come get fit with like-minded families in your community, without having to (getting to?) leave the little one behind. This stroller-based workout will challenge you and engage your kids. Please bring your stroller, towel or yoga mat, water, and whatever will keep your babies comfortable. Appropriate for approximately 6 weeks to 3 years, depending on your kid’s stroller tolerance.

11:30am
Conditioning with Katelyn Grady Athletic/Fitness Class

Training the cardio-respiratory complex with interval aerobic exercises, emphasizing stability and endurance.  In these classes we’ll use little to no load with little to no rest, while performing many repetitions of the same movements. Short-term focus is on keeping the heart rate high and burning calories, slowly building muscular and cardiovascular endurance.

1:30pm
Silent Gentle Yoga with Allison Archer

For when you just want to take it easy. This class is also recommended for students with injuries, special conditions, or mobility or strength issues.

Silent disco headphones will be used for this class – to silence the sounds of the festival and allow you to completely tune into your practice.

3:00pm
Silent Flow Yoga with Katelyn Grady

Enjoy a creative vinyasa, sequencing postures from all the families of asana. We’ll take our time building up a standing series, generating good heat and flow, and then take it to the floor. Expect long, strong holds and deep stretching.

11:30am
Kids Yoga with Ragon Ralston

Fun-loving Ragon leads a laughter-filled class of movement, mindfulness, singing, stories, and breathing. Kids can relax their busy minds, move their bodies, and enjoy themselves. This class is recommended for children aged 3ish-7ish. Life can be overwhelming and days overstuffed for our little ones, just like they are for us. Yoga teaches your child how to pay attention to the relationship between the mind and body. As a result, kids may start to notice the impact of stress and learn tools to address it.  Kids yoga classes also improve physical fitness, and train kids to self-regulate.
