Awakening Into the Sun, Inc is a non-profit organization established in 2012 to create an avenue of collaboration between local community members, organizations and small businesses who share our vision of a community united in its strengths and diversities.
Our mission is to help support and uplift community members, creative entrepreneurs and local small businesses by promoting health and wellness through the art of creative expression.
A strong community is essential for personal and collective growth and healing.
We all have the ability to take charge of our healing and growth journeys.
Creative expression has the powerful ability to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual health and well-being.

Since 2012, we have held an annual two-day health and wellness festival that merges live music and entertainment with mindful yoga and an indie market comprised of local health and wellness professionals, artists, makers, small businesses, entrepreneurs and community members.
We converge on downtown St. Pete’s waterfront every spring for a weekend of peace, love and community engagement in the Florida sunshine.
