OUR MISSION & IMPACT

Awakening Into The Sun, Inc. (AITS) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. For over a decade AITS has served as St. Petersburg’s premier holistic wellness gathering. Co-sponsored by the City of St. Petersburg, our upcoming festival, on February 27 th and 28 th at North Straub Park in downtown St. Peterburg, is projected to bring together over 10,000 health-conscious young, urban professionals, retirees and families. We have attracted over 100 local wellness practitioners (for the mind, body and soul) and regional brands for an uplifting weekend of education, movement, and vibrant community energy.

This year’s festival, in its 14th year, will be held on February 27th and 28th, 2027. It brings together thousands of conscious consumers, local wellness practitioners, regional brands, and families for an uplifting weekend of education, movement, and vibrant community energy.
