SATURDAY, MARCH 7 TH

10 am - Labyrinth Meditation with Crea

Step out of the noise and into the center of your own stillness. Guided by local artist and labyrinth maker Crea Egan, this meditation circle invites you to walk the ancient, unicursal path—a journey designed not to lose yourself, but to find yourself.

10.30 am - Sound Healing with Juliana Baron

This session weaves together ancestral and contemporary healing approaches, using sound as a bridge between body, mind, and spirit. Juliana combines instruments from the Himalayan cultures—such as singing bowls, chimes, and gong—with the sacred sounds and rhythms from her Andean and Indigenous Colombian roots.

11:30 - Breathe, Connect, Grow with Erin Geraghty

In this 45 minute workshop, Erin Geraghty E-RYT 500, Yoga Therapist and Certified Shamanic Coach will guide students through targeted breath work to help open up the Heart and release blocks. Students will be guided through mudras and mantra to rewrite a new story of their choosing to live their best possible lives.

12:30 - Slow Flow or Yin - Andrea Correia

Andrea threads the yogic philosophy and foundations, inviting students to a more inspirational and contemplative approach. She also brings great focus on proper alignment and breath awareness.

1:30  The Mad Picks

Hailing from the streets of St. Pete, The MadPicks is a trio that evolved from busking the Pier and Vinoy Park into a cohesive signature sound blending funk, jazz, and blues.

2:30   Pilates with Lindsay, Lindsay Calvert

Move, breathe, and strengthen in this mat Pilates class designed to support alignment, core stability, and whole-body balance. A mindful yet energizing practice suitable for all experience levels.  

3:30 - All Levels Vinyasa Flow with YogaSix

This sequence combines yoga postures synched with your breath, a fun and challenging balancing series, and dynamic core work designed to add energizing fire to your life. This yoga sequence will leave you feeling perfectly balanced inside and out, from bottom to top.

4:30 - Michael May James (musician)

Michael May James is a versatile musician and singer-songwriter based in St. Petersburg, Florida, known for his wide-ranging vocal ability and eclectic performance style.

In the local St. Pete music scene, he has built a reputation for being a "genre-fluid" artist who can seamlessly transition between soulful covers and original collaborations.

5:30 - Kirtan with Lindy Romez Jaya Devi

Join Lindy for a heart-opening Bhakti Yoga experience through kirtan, sacred call-and-response chanting rooted in devotion and sound. This offering invites you into a shared space of prayer, remembrance, and connection, where voice becomes a bridge between the personal and the collective. No prior experience is needed; simply come as you are, listen, chant, or rest in the vibrations as we awaken the light within together.

6:30 - UFO’s Circle of Hope Healing & Empowerment Drum Circle

Free your mind, body, spirit and soul through group drumming! This is not your ordinary drum circle. Healing & Empowerment drumming is a three-part guided drum journey created with the intention to transform self-limiting thoughts, patterns and situations through curated drum rhythms, community support, freedom of expression, and positive affirmations. 

SUNDAY, MARCH 8 TH

10am - Indigenous Sounds with Abasi Ote

A Multi-instrumentalist that has performed throughout the Tampa Bay area and has spent 16 years of his life employed by the Arts Council of Hillsborough County. As an artist in residence, he has shared his program “ Resourceful Thinking Through The Making Of Primal Musical Instruments” throughout the Hillsborough,Florida school system. He performs on musical instruments such as Didgeridoo, African inspired mouth bow, Native American Flutes, Bansuri Flutes, Conch Shell, Singing Bowls and Majestic Rain Sticks.

11am - All Levels Vinyasa Flow with YogaSix

12pm - Belly Dance: Moving Together with Johanna Zenobia of Hip Expressions

​​An all-gender, all-levels belly dance experience exploring the Divine Feminine as a universal creative force. Through ancient movement and collaborative dance, we awaken connection—to body, spirit, and one another.

1pm - Sunya Music

Sunya is a sculptor of sound, taking listeners on a journey that flows through different terrains of emotion like a winding river passage, cleansing your mind and body as you are carried to a place of peace and inner reflection.

2pm - Solar Flair

Solar Flair is the only local Tampa Bay  band that features musicians with diverse abilities.  Solar Flare has rocked audiences to standing ovations for the last 17 years!  They have performed in local bars, at charity events, and local community events! Everywhere from Gulfport to Orlando. 

Exciting News! Solar Flair has just been signed to Revel Media, and will be performing live in cities across the US.

3pm - Slow Flow Vinyasa with Jessica Jacobson

This Vinyasa-style class offers a slow, mindful flow where poses seamlessly connect and movement is guided by the breath. Expect a motivating and dynamic sequence that builds strength, flexibility, and balance while remaining grounded in proper alignment. Thoughtful modifications and options are offered throughout the class, making the practice accessible, safe, and effective for all levels.

4pm - Enter the Sun Music

Enter The Sun (Joel Jadus & Kaylee Davis) is an uplifting, all-original, mixed-genre reggae/spiritual folk duo based in St. Petersburg, Florida.  

Enter The Sun has been sharing the music of Unity & Freedom at various music festivals and community gatherings for over 15 years and is the community outreach band for UnityFreedom.Org (UFO).  ETS’ purpose is to ease and end all forms of planetary and human suffering, violence, suicide, killing and war on earth through the power of music.
