Limited Spots: Only 4-5 food vendors accepted to ensure variety and quality. Once sold out, registration closes.
No Small Business Discount: Food vendors are a separate category and do not qualify for small business or non-profit pricing, regardless of business size. This reflects the premium location, included electrical, limited availability, and higher revenue potential.
🍴 We're Curating Variety: We aim to offer diverse food options (plant-based, gluten-free, proteins, desserts, beverages, etc.) so similar vendors may be waitlisted to ensure balance.

Required Documentation
Food vendors must provide:
General liability insurance (required)
Florida Health Department permit
Food handler certifications for all staff
Business license and sales tax permit
Menu and pricing (for approval)
All documentation collected after registration.
Setup & Logistics
Electrical: 110V standard outlet included. If you need higher amperage (30-50 amp for food trucks), please note in your registration form.
Water: Not provided - bring your own water supply
Waste: You're responsible for proper food waste disposal
Space: Please note your tuck or trailer dimensions in your business description
Generator: If your electrical needs exceed our hookup, you may bring a quiet generator (under 65 dB) and it must stay in the street. No generators are allowed in the grass or other areas of the park.
